Guest Usage Policy
As a Guest user in the Tophhie Cloud Microsoft Entra ID tenant (the Tenant), you agree to the following usage policy upon authentication.
There are three main principles to this policy.
- Keep it secure. Be aware of any confidential information you have been given access to; you must not share this information with any unauthorised users or make copies of this information outside of the Tenant boundaries.
- Act respectfully. If you have been provided with access to any internal communication systems (Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Viva Engage, etc.) you must act respectfully, and show common decency.
- Be accountable. Content you generate within the Tenant may be viewed by other internal users, and Guests. You are therefore associated with that content.
Keep it secure. Here's how...
- Do not disclose confidential information: For example, if you have access to sensitive data, do not share it with anyone outside the Tenant without prior approval.
- Access only the resources you have been granted: If you are given access to specific files, do not attempt to access other files or systems that you are not authorized to use.
- Report security vulnerabilities immediately: If you notice any security issues, such as unauthorized access to information or systems, report them immediately to help@tophhie.cloud.
- Be cautious with administrative access: If you are granted administrative access, use it responsibly and be aware that your actions are monitored and audited. For example, do not make unauthorized changes to system settings or user permissions.
Act respectfully. Here's what we expect...
- Be respectful and inclusive with all Tenant users: Tophhie Cloud aims to create collaboration and communication spaces where open dialogue is encouraged, and everyone can share their opinions and ideas without fear of personal attack, intimidation, or reprisal.
- DO assume everyone is coming into the conversation in good faith: Approach conversations with the belief that others are participating with honest intentions.
- DON’T say anything on Viva Engage, Teams or any other Tenant forum that you would not say face-to-face: Maintain the same level of respect and professionalism in online communications as you would in person.
- DO respectfully disagree with people: Not everyone shares the same thoughts and opinions but listen and try to see where they are coming from.
- DON’T turn disagreements into personal attacks or name-calling: Avoid making disagreements personal or using derogatory language.
- DO avoid using language that can be perceived as threatening: Choose your words carefully to ensure they are not perceived as threatening or intimidating.
- Report inappropriate behaviour immediately: If you observe any inappropriate behaviour, please report it immediately to help@tophhie.cloud.
- Consequences for inappropriate behaviour: If you are the perpetrator of any inappropriate behaviour, your Guest access rights may be immediately terminated without warning.
Be accountable. Here is what you should know...
- Information you share within the Tenant may be viewable by other internal Tophhie Cloud users and their Guests: Content you generate within the Tenant may be viewed by other internal users and Guests.
- Your activity within any internal resource may be collected and stored: As a Guest within the Tenant, your activity may be processed for compliance and security purposes, such as preventing over-exposure or policing the Tenant.
- Tenant global administrators have access to view all audit information you generate: This includes all access to internal resources, authentication information (IP address, device OS, approximate location, email address), unauthorized access attempts, etc.
